Personalized prompts for HUAWEI earbuds

Personalized prompts are only available when used with the Audio Accessory Manager app versions 14.0.5.335 or later, and phones running HarmonyOS 2.0 or later.

To enable Personalized prompt, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the AI Life app, access the device card, and go to Themes. To ensure your experience, you are advised to read and agree to the relevant privacy policy.
  2. Search for and select your favorite pop-up window theme.
  3. Unlock the phone screen and open the charging case. A Personalized prompt will then be displayed for the earbuds to reconnect (the FreeLace Lite earbuds will reconnect once magnetically separated, and HUAWEI Eyewear will reconnect when worn or connected to the charging converter after 3 min of being removed).
  4. If you want to disable Personalized prompt, select Standard pop-up.
 
  • Personalized prompt is not supported for initial pairing.
  • If you do not accept the statement about Audio Accessory Manager and privacy, you will be reminded again after you enter Themes. Please read carefully and accept the statement. If you choose to return or cancel, you will not be able to experience the official personalized prompts for earbuds.
  • When pairing your WATCH Buds earbuds with a phone, the proximity pairing prompt will only display the battery levels of the left and right earbuds, and will not display the watch battery level. Therefore, the watch battery level will not display on any themed prompt.
