Kindly check if you can recall your PIN. If you find it impossible to remember it, you're advised to restore your wearable device to its factory settings, for the sake of your privacy and security.
- Once your wearable device is restored to its factory settings, all your personal data will be cleared, transportation card migration will be triggered (if the transportation cards support migration), and access cards and bank cards will be removed. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
- HUAWEI WATCH 3/4/5 Series and HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2: During a factory reset, make sure the box for Delete eSIM configuration is unchecked. This is to ensure that you can continue using the eSIM service after the system reset, without having to contact your carrier to deregister and re-activate the service.
Method 1: Restoring factory settings using the Huawei Health app
- If your watch/band is connected to the Huawei Health app, open the Huawei Health app, navigate to the device details screen, and go to General settings > Restore factory settings.

Method 2: Restoring factory settings on your watch/band (when the watch/band is not connected to the Huawei Health app)
- HUAWEI WATCH 3/4/5 Series and HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2: When you enter incorrect PINs eight consecutive times, the watch will display Forgot your PIN?. Tap Forgot your PIN?, press the Down button more than three times in quick succession, and tap Reset.

- Other wearables: When you enter incorrect PINs several times in a row, the Reset button will display. Tap Reset.
