Charge Your Phone

Your phone will alert you when it is running out of power. Please make sure to charge your phone in time to prevent it from turning off automatically when the power runs out.

Precautions for Charging

  • Charge your device using the standard charger and USB cable that came with your device. Using other chargers may result in a fire, explosion, or other hazard.

  • Do not use the charger in damp areas, such as in a bathroom. Do not handle the charger with wet hands. Do not charge your device when there is moisture in the device.

  • After you connect your device to a charger or other devices using a USB cable, your device will automatically inspect the USB port. If moisture is detected in the USB port, your device will automatically activate safety measures and stop charging. Disconnect your device from the USB port and wait until the USB port is dry.

  • Disconnect the charger from this device and unplug the charger from the power socket once this device is fully charged or is not charging.

  1. Use a USB cable to connect the charger to your phone.

  2. Plug the charger into a power socket.

When a beeping sound is heard, your phone will start charging, and the charging mode icon and current battery level will be displayed on the charging animation screen.

Charge in Turbo charging Mode

Enable Turbo charging to give your phone a quick boost when you need it most.

  • Before using this feature, make sure that the permission has been granted for Optimizer.

  • When your phone is charging in Turbo charging mode, its temperature may increase slightly. This is normal and does not indicate any issue with your device.

  1. Remember to charge your phone using the standard charger and data cable that came with it.

  2. You can enable Turbo charging in any of the following ways:

    • Before the charging animation effects disappear, when Touch & hold the center of the screen to Turbo charge displays at the top of the screen, touch and hold down on the center of the screen, until your phone vibrates and Turbo charge enabled displays.

    • Unlock the screen, swipe down from the upper left edge of the screen to display Notification Panel, and touch Turbo charge in the Turbo charge message box.

If you wish to disable Turbo charging mode, touch End turbo charging in the Turbo charge message box on Notification Panel, or remove and re-insert the data cable. If you select Ignore, the Turbo charge message box will appear after your phone has restarted.
