Your wearable device can only connect to one phone at a time. So if you want to pair with a new phone, you'll need to first disconnect from the current phone.
- Enter the app list and go to

- If the current connected phone is an iPhone, go to your phone Settings and select Bluetooth to find your wearable device. Tap the i icon and set to forget the device.
- If your HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series watch is in Sleep mode, the Connect new phone feature is not available.

- Tap
or Disconnect to disconnect from the connected phone.
- When your wearable displays the pairing screen, follow the onscreen instructions to pair with a new phone.
- During the pairing with a new phone, if your device prompts you to restore it to its factory settings, follow the onscreen instructions to do so. (Applicable to certain models only.)
- A factory reset of your device will erase account information, all cards in the wallet, system data, and app data from the device. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
- For watches that support eSIM:
During the pairing with a new phone after tapping Disconnect, do not directly reset the watch as instructed if you have activated eSIM. Otherwise, the eSIM information will be cleared after the system reset and you'll need to contact your carrier to deregister from the eSIM service and activate it again.
Instead, go to Reset on your watch, and make sure the box for is unchecked. This is to ensure that you can continue using the eSIM service after the system reset without having to deregister and re-activate the service.
