HUAWEI FreeBuds Neo/FreeBuds Pro 5/FreeBuds 7i/FreeBuds 6/FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeArc supports the Smart charge feature. The earbuds learn from your charging habits and automatically adjust the charging power, to prolong the battery lifespan. (When the feature is enabled, it is normal that the earbuds may not be fully charged to 100%.)
Smart charge is enabled by default. On phones/tablets running EMUI15 or later with Audio Accessory Manager updated to 14.0.8.377 or later, you can open the HUAWEI Audio Connect app, access the earbuds' card, and go to , to disable the feature.
After the earbuds are restored to their factory settings, the feature will be restored to the default state.
When the earbuds are paired with your device for the first time, the following notification is displayed on the connected device if Smart charge is enabled.
When the volume level of the earbuds is lower than 100% on the reconnect prompt after the earbuds are reconnected, the prompt displays Fully charge now if Smart charge is enabled. Touch Fully charge now to charge the earbuds to 100%.
