Water and dust resistance levels and cleaning and care tips for the HUAWEI WATCH D Series

The watch is not water- or dust-resistant during blood pressure measurements, as it needs to inflate. Do not expose the watch to water or dust during this process.
IP68: This means that the product complies with IEC 60529:2013 standard (level 6) and can prevent dust from entering. It is a water resistance rating defined in GB/T 4208-2017 standard. It indicates that the wearable device can withstand up to simulated 1.5-meter static water pressure for 30 minutes, and does not mean that the device is water-resistant in water that is 1.5 meters deep. It is recommended that you do not immerse the device in water.
Please use the product in accordance with the product manual provided on the official Huawei website or Quick Start Guide that comes with the product. Free warranty services are not provided for damage caused by improper use.

HUAWEI WATCH D3

All delivered HUAWEI WATCH D3 devices are rated as IP68 for water and dust resistance (when not measuring blood pressure; the device is not water-resistant when measuring blood pressure). However, water and dust resistance is not permanent, and performance may deteriorate with daily wear and tear. For daily wear when you are not measuring your blood pressure, the watch offers IP68 water and dust resistance. Refer to the following for product care tips and precautions.
