• If the display is normal and the screen is intact after switching on, then only the external screen is broken and can be replaced separately.

• If there is a black screen, incomplete screen display, white bars, splash screen after powering on, the inner screen may also be damaged

• If visible cracks are found on the outer surface under light. This means that only the external screen is damaged and can be replaced separately

• If distinctly different cracks are found on the inner and outer surfaces in the light, the inner screen is also damaged

1. External Screen Promotion From R389 event is valid at all HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers. Please review the online support team or service center team for the supported models.

2. This event is applicable to selected models only.

3. Applicable only to broken external screen, excluding other issues and repairs.

4. The replaced external screens are entitled for additional 30 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.

5. First come first serve basis. Subject to parts availability. Offer ends on stock-out.

6. External Screen Promotion From R389 is not applicable with other ongoing event promotion.

7. All walk-in customers are entitled to participate in this event.

8. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
