If you cannot access the Internet due to a network conflict, you can reset the network to solve this problem.
Resetting the network settings will remove and reinstall all network adapters, and restore all other network settings to their factory defaults. After resetting the network, you'll need to reconnect your computer to the Internet.

Method 1: Reset the network through system settings
- On the taskbar at the bottom, click and go to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings (Windows 10: Click Network & Internet).
- Click Network reset.
- Click Reset now. In the displayed Network reset window, click Yes. Wait until the computer automatically restarts.
Some computer systems may display a message indicating that Windows will shut down in 5 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes until the computer automatically restarts.
Method 2: Reset the network through the CLI
- Search for "Windows PowerShell" in the search box on the taskbar and select Run as administrator.
- Run the following commands in sequence. After the commands are executed, follow the onscreen instructions and restart the computer to reset the network.
- Enter netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
- Enter netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
- Enter ipconfig /release (there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/") and press Enter.
- Enter ipconfig /renew (there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/") and press Enter.
- Enter ipconfig /flushdns (there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/") and press Enter.
- Enter ipconfig /registerdns (there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/") and press Enter.
