My 5G phone switches repeatedly between the 4G and 5G networks when I am moving

Problem:

The phone's status bar switches repeatedly between the 4G and 5G networks when the user is moving (such as when driving or using public transport).

Cause:

The 5G network coverage does not include all areas. If the user's phone has moved out of the 5G coverage and enters the 4G coverage, or vice versa, the network icon will change on the phone's status bar.

Solution:
