Unable to connect my HUAWEI watch to my Bluetooth earbuds

Unable to find my earbuds in my watch's Bluetooth list

Your Bluetooth earbuds may be connected to other devices or are not ready for pairing, causing the search failure.

1. Put the Bluetooth earbuds in pairing mode. Take HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 4 as an example: Place both earbuds in the charging case and keep the case open, press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds until the status indicator flashes white for the earbuds to enter the pairing mode.
   

   

   The pairing mode is activated in different ways depending on the brand and model of the Bluetooth device you want to connect. For details about how to set the pairing mode for more HUAWEI earbuds, please refer to Connecting your watch to Bluetooth earbuds. For the Bluetooth earbuds from other brands, refer to their instructions for use, or contact their customer service.

2. Go to Settings > Earphones/Bluetooth on the watch. The watch will automatically scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. Select the name of the Bluetooth earbuds you want to pair with from the scanning results.

   

3. If the target earbuds are not found after the automatic scanning is complete, swipe down to the bottom of the screen, tap Try again, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the pairing.

   

Unable to connect to the earbuds from my watch's Bluetooth list

1. Restart your watch and Bluetooth earbuds.
2. Restore your Bluetooth earbuds to their factory settings, and try again. Take HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 4 as an example: Place both earbuds in the charging case and keep the case open, press and hold the Function button for more than 10 seconds until the status indicator flashes red, indicating that the earbuds will be restored to their factory settings. When the indicator flashes white, reconnect the earbuds.
