This feature is only available on certain HUAWEI devices. Go to the official website for the supported models. If this issue occurs when a non-HUAWEI device is used, contact the device vendor for consultation and assistance.
The following solutions only apply when enabling Multi-Screen Collaboration between a HUAWEI computer and a HUAWEI phone running HarmonyOS 4.2 or earlier.
Problem

For example, during Multi-Screen Collaboration, the computer does not respond; no dialog box is displayed; no phone window is displayed; a message is displayed after connection, asking the user to click the button below to reconnect; the connection is disconnected; the computer is stuck on the projection screen.
- The computer fails to be connected to a tablet for Multi-Screen Collaboration. For example, no tablet is detected; no screen is displayed; a message is displayed indicating a connection failure.
