To ensure a good experience, it is recommended that you clean the earphones on a weekly basis, especially the sound emitting hole, charging ports, metal contacts, and parts that touch your skin when you wear the earphones.
- Use alcohol wipes or antibacterial wipes to clean the external surface of the wireless earphones. However, to prevent moisture or water from entering the earphones, do not use these wipes to clean the ear caps, charging contacts and ports, speaker meshes, mesh, or speaker holes.

If the mesh clothes are seriously blocked, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
