- If you have forgotten both your router's login password, as well as your Wi-Fi password, you can restore your router to its factory settings: Using a pin to press the Reset button on your router for approximately 2 seconds until the indicator lights go out, then follow the instructions from your User Guide to reset the router.

- Then go to My Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi settings, and touch the icon next to Wi-Fi network password to view your current Wi-Fi password
Method 2: Through the web-based management page on your computer
- Connect your computer to your router's Wi-Fi network. You can also connect your computer to the LAN port on your router using an Ethernet cable.
- Open your Internet browser. Enter the default IP address in your browser address bar and log in to your router's web-based management page (check the nameplate on the router for the default IP address) .
