Terms & Conditions

    This “1 year extended warranty” plan (“Extended Warranty Plan”) extends warranty on Huawei P30 series, Mate20 series, nova 5T mobile handset only for an additional one (1) year upon the expiry of the initial first year warranty period subject to the terms and conditions. Accessories provided with the handset like power adapter, battery, headphones and any other accessories supplied in the box are not covered in this Extended Warranty Plan.

  1. This Extended Warranty Plan will run from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 (“Extended Warranty Plan Period”).

  2. This Extended Warranty Plan applies only to purchase made on the Huawei P30 series, Mate20 series, and nova 5T within Malaysia during the Extended Warranty Plan Period.

  3. In order to be eligible for this Extended Warranty Plan, customer shall claim his entitlement by registering on HiCare, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, during the Extended Warranty Plan Period.

  4. Extended warranty may be subject to verification of documents and/or information provided by customer. Huawei reserves a right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.

  5. After claiming the entitlement at HiCare, the extended warranty period will be reflected on customer’s HiCare account within seven (7) business days from the date of claim. Customer may query the above extended warranty in Warranty Period & Support Service Query on Hicare or Huawei Official Website.

  6. Huawei ID is required for the redemption of Huawei Extended Warranty Plan.

  7. The terms and conditions of the warranty policy stated in https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/warranty-policy/ shall apply to the Extended Warranty Plan.

  8. Huawei reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Extended Warranty Plan.

  9. This Terms and Conditions is updated as at 25 September 2019.
