HUAWEI Care (“HUAWEI Care Campaign”) is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“HUAWEI”). This HUAWEI Care Campaign will run from 1 January 2020 to 31 June 2021 (“Campaign Period”). HUAWEI shall reserve
the right to shorten or extend the HUAWEI Care Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

This HUAWEI Care Campaign consists of the sale of two (2) service related product, namely, (i) Screen Protection Service Product; and (ii) Extended Warranty Service Product (“Service Related Product(s)”).

All consumers are eligible to purchase, within the same transaction of the purchase of Huawei device, any of the Service Related Products, at the respective HUAWEI Experience Store (HES) stated below.

If consumer fails to purchase any of the Service Related Product(s) within the same transaction of the purchase of HUAWEI device, he is still eligible at the HUAWEI Customer Service Center stated below, to purchase the following:-

Screen Protection Service Product, within the sixty (60) days from the date of purchase of HUAWEI device; and/or
-
Extended Warranty Service Product, within ten (10) months from the date of purchase of HUAWEI device.
Consumer shall provide the original proof of purchase at the time of purchase of Service Related Product(s). HUAWEI Customer Service Center will then verify the original proof of purchase and determine whether the said HUAWEI
device is eligible for this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

Additional terms relating to the eligibility of the purchase of the Service Related Product(s) are as follows:-
(i)Screen Protection Service Product
If consumer had received a free of charge thirty (30) days Screen Protection Service Product during his/her purchase of Mate 30 series, P40 series and P30 series, he is eligible to purchase the Screen Protection Service Product stated in this Campaign SUBJECT that:
(a)No claims had been made for the initial free of charge thirty (30) days Screen Protection Service Product.
(b)The initial free of charge thirty (30) days Screen Protection Service Product will be void. Effective date of the Screen Protection Service Product stated in this Campaign will commence for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of purchase of the screen protection service product.
(ii) Extended Warranty Service Product
If consumer had received a free of charge Extended Warranty Service Product during “NO WORRIES” campaign, he/she is not eligible to purchase Extended Warranty Service Product stated in this Campaign.

(ii) Extended Warranty Service Product

Screen Protection Service Product
(i) HUAWEI will provide one (1) time screen crack repair free of charge within twelve (12) months from the date of the Screen Protection Service Product purchased. Effective date of the Screen
Protection Service Product stated in this Campaign will commence for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Screen Protection Service Product covers damage to Customer HUAWEI device caused as the result
of accidental damage from handling as damage to the display screen of Customer HUAWEI device due to drops, falls and other collisions. Subject to Customer submission of a valid claim and presentation of a valid and existing
Screen Protection Service Product receipt to Customer Service Center, HUAWEI will exchange the defective display screen with a replacement that is new or equivalent to new in performance.
(ii) Screen Protection Service Product does not cover damage result from:-
(a)Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
(b)Usage of equipment other than its normal and customer manner;
(c)Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out;
(d)Misuse, abuse negligence or accident however caused to product;
(e)Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product;
(f)Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
(g)Lightning, accident or negligible use;
(h)War, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake.
(iii) Unless otherwise specified, Screen Protection Service Product covers only damage to the display screen of Customer HUAWEI device. It does not cover any hardware components of the Device
as originally supplied and any software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the HUAWEI device.

The Screen Protection Service Product and Extended Warranty Service Product, are non-refundable and non-transferable, save and except for the following situations:-
(i)Screen protection service product:
a)If consumer return mobile phone and the screen protection service product is not claimed for repair, consumer will be refunded the screen protection service product purchase fee, and the protection
rights shall be terminated; or
b)If consumer change mobile phone and the screen protection service product has not been claimed, the service rights will be transferred to the new product, and the validity period will be recalculated
one year from the date of the change; or
c)If the mobile’s motherboard has been replaced, the screen protection service product will be transferred to the new serial number corresponding product, and consumer could continue to enjoy the
remaining time of the service.
(ii)Extended warranty service product:
a)If consumer return the mobile phone, the extended warranty service product purchase fee will be refunded, and the service rights will be terminated; or
b)If consumer change the mobile phone, the new mobile phone will inherit the extended service rights of the original mobile phone.

Extended Warranty Service Product
(i)HUAWEI will provide an additional twelve (12) months extended warranty to the standard warranty of product purchased. Terms for the extended warranty will be same as the terms as the original
warranty statement stated in https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/warranty-policy/.
(ii)Customer is advised to check HUAWEI official website relating to the warranty statement from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Customer agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in this HUAWEI Care Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations,
to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HUAWEI for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this HUAWEI Care Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional
events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

By providing the personal data, Customer indicates that he had read, understood and agreed to be bound by HUAWEI’s Privacy Policy stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/my/legal/privacy-policy/. Customer agrees that HUAWEI and/or
its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

By participating in the HUAWEI Care Campaign, Customer agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HUAWEI’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HUAWEI reserves the right
to the final and ultimate interpretation of this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

Customer agrees to discharge and release HUAWEI and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies,
from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this HUAWEI Care Campaign or to the Customer’s
entry in this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

This HUAWEI Care Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
