A: Extended Warranty will extend the standard warranty period of the device for one year from the expiry of the standard warranty period of the device, namely, it will take effect from 0 o'clock of the day after the end of the standard warranty of your device, and will naturally expire at 24 o'clock of the last day of the Extended Warranty.

2. Q: I want to buy an Extended Warranty, how do I buy it?

A: You can purchase the Extended Warranty at the same time when you purchase a device on HUAWEI Store Online ( https://shop.huawei.com/my/ ), depending on the availability of the Extended Warranty for the model.

3. Q: Can I purchase the Extended Warranty if my device is already out of warranty?

A: No, you cannot buy the Extended Warranty if the standard warranty of your device has already expired.

4. Q: The Extended Warranty I purchased before is about to expire. Can I buy it again?

A: No, the same device can only purchase the Extended Warranty once.

5. Q: My device within the extended warranty period is broken due to the dropping of device. Is this covered under the Extended Warranty?

A: No, your device cannot enjoy the Extended Warranty. The extended warranty is limited to only non-human damage during normal use of the device.

6. Q: Does the Extended Warranty cover accessories such as earplugs and chargers?

A: No, the Extended Warranty does not cover accessories such as power adapters, batteries, headphones, data cables, free gifts, etc.

A: Yes, even after expiry/termination of HUAWEI Care - Screen Protection, the remaining standard warranty period of the device still applies. Note however, that if the device is found to have been disassembled, repaired, immersed in liquid, bent, or deformed, the standard warranty no longer apply.
