All incoming calls on my HUAWEI phone/tablet are displayed as being from a private number

Problem:

All incoming calls are displayed as being from a private number on the user's phone/tablet, as shown in the image below.

Cause:

The information about the number that is calling you is sent to your phone/tablet by your carrier. If the carrier does not send this information, the incoming call will be displayed as being from a private number.

• The caller ID display service is not enabled on the SIM card.
• The SIM card is faulty.

Solution:

Visit your carrier's customer service center with your valid certificate and enable the caller ID display service or replace the SIM card.
