Problem
Cached or junk images from third-party apps appear in Gallery albums, and the albums in question may come with a Suspected junk prompt.
Cause
This issue is related to the design of certain third-party apps. When you browse images in certain apps, the app may cache images to avoid having to load them repeatedly. (These images will be reloaded after you delete them.)
Solution
- It is recommended that you hide or block the album in question in one of the following ways:
Hide: Go to
. Toggle on the switch for the album that you wish to hide.If Hide albums does not display on your phone/tablet, it means that this feature is not supported.
Block: Go to
, enter the album in question, and touchin the upper right corner to block the album.
Albums that have been synced to the cloud cannot be blocked.
