Unable to manually set the Date & time on my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Unable to manually set the Date & time on my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Problem:

The user cannot manually set the Date & time on their HUAWEI phone/tablet.

Cause:

  1. You may have enabled Set automatically for Date & time.
  2. You may have enabled Youth mode (This is my kid's phone/This is my child's tablet/My child) of Digital balance on your phone/tablet.

Solution:

  1. Open Settings, search for Set automatically, and disable Set automatically. You can then manually set Date & time.
  2. Go to Settings > Digital balance, and disable Digital balance.
  3. If the issue remains unresolved or you encounter any difficulties, please contact the Huawei customer service hotline for assistance. We will do our best to address your needs.
