Try restoring the app if it does not exist
- Restart the device and check.
Cause:
- Apps installed in MainSpace are not displayed in Sub-user, Guest, or PrivateSpace.
- When Safe mode is displayed in the lower left corner of the device, the system loads only basic features or preset apps.
Operation: Restart the device and try again. The device will enter MainSpace and exit Safe mode by default after a restart.

- Restore the app from Settings.
Go to Settings > Apps & services > Restore to find and restore the app. If the restoration fails, see Pre-installed system apps on my HUAWEI phone/tablet fail to be restored after being uninstalled.
