The charging port or earphone jack of my HUAWEI phone/tablet is loose

Problem:

The connection between a charging cable or earphone cable and the phone/tablet is loose.

Design description:

To ensure that the charging cable or earphone cable can be inserted and removed smoothly, there is a gap by design between the charging cable and the Type-C port and between the earphone and Type-C port. Therefore, the charging cable or earphone cable may be slightly loose, which is a normal phenomenon. This will not cause poor contact.

If the device experiences poor contact when you gently move the cable, thereby affecting normal use, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
