My HUAWEI phone/tablet fails to access the Internet after passing the authentication of a public Wi-Fi network

Problem:

HUAWEI phones/tablets fail to access the Internet after passing the authentication of a public Wi-Fi network

Cause:

1. The authentication time may have expired.

2. A limit may have been set on the server for the maximum number of devices allowed to access the network.

Solution:

1. Touch (or touch and hold) the name of the Wi-Fi network, select Forget network, and try again.

2. If you have another phone/tablet connected to the Wi-Fi network, disable the network on the phone/tablet, and try again.

3. Try connecting to a public network in a less crowded place.

4. If the issue persists, contact the Huawei customer service hotline or back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
