Part of the rear cover where the speaker is located heats up when I play audio in speaker mode on my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Problem:

When playing audio or video at a high volume, part of the rear cover where the speaker is located begins to heat up.

Cause:

Playing sounds at a high volume significantly increases your phone/tablet speaker's power consumption, which generates heat.

Solution:

The speaker and HUAWEI phones/tablets feature built-in overheating protection. You do not need to worry about security issues such as scalds. To reduce heat, turn down the volume or place your phone/tablet in a well-ventilated environment when using speaker mode.

If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
