The camera gets dusty

Problem:

Dust accumulates on the camera area.

Cause:

To ensure that the phone can be properly assembled and used, a small gap is designed around the camera glass lens cover and fingerprint sensor as well as between the front display and rear cover. A long period of exposure to dust may allow dust to enter the camera through the gaps.

Solution:

1. If the dust in these areas is affecting your ability to use your phone normally, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
2. Try not to keep or use your phone in a dusty environment.
