Bright spots or long stripe glare in photos taken by my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Problem:

Long stripe glare appears at the light source in photos, which is more obvious at night.

Solution:

1. Avoid using non-original protective cases, or attaching protective films to the camera lens and its surroundings, which may cause glare during photo shooting.

2. Use clean soft cloths to wipe the cameras thoroughly to remove any smudge or oil stain on them.

If the issue persists after you clean the cameras, back up your data and take your device to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
