Problem:

Ripples appear on the screen when the user presses down hard on it.

Cause:

This is a common attribute of LCDs and does not indicate an issue with the screen. The screen should return to normal when you stop exerting pressure. This won't happen when you are performing touch operations normally.

Solution:

Do not press on the screen too hard.

Do not place heavy objects on your device screen and avoid touching the screen with sharp and hard objects, as doing so could damage internal components.

If the ripples persist, there may be a hardware issue with your device screen. In this case, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
