Problem:

The phone screen frequently turns yellow or white in Eye Comfort mode.

Cause:

When Eye Comfort is enabled, your phone screen automatically adjusts its color temperature based on the ambient light. Frequent ambient lighting changes, such as when you change the way you hold your phone in an indoor or dim environment, may give the screen a slightly yellow or white hue.

Solution:

This is a color temperature feature and will not affect your ability to use your phone normally. If you do not like this feature, disable Eye Comfort and manually adjust the color temperature.

• To disable Eye Comfort, open Settings, then search for and access Eye Comfort.

• To adjust the color temperature, open Settings, search for and access Color temperature or Color mode & temperature, and adjust the color temperature depending on your preferences.
