The laser engraved content on the rear cover has smudges

Cause:

The laser engraving content of black phones is light in color, and may accumulate dust and smudges during normal use.

Solution:

• To keep your phone in good condition, use a Huawei protective case that matches your phone.
• If your phone has picked up dirt or dust, wipe it gently with a piece of damp microfiber cloth.
