Bluetooth car kits, dashcams, or access control systems can be detected by your phone as Wi-Fi hotspots, but cannot access the Internet. When connecting your phone to a Bluetooth car kit, dashcam, or access control system, you will be prompted to choose whether to switch to mobile data/continue using this Wi-Fi network.

If you choose to switch to mobile data/stop using this Wi-Fi network, you will not be able to set up a Wi-Fi connection between your phone and the Bluetooth car kit, dashcam, or access control system.

To resolve this issue, reconnect your phone to the Wi-Fi hotspot of the Bluetooth car kit, dashcam, or access control system and choose to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot instead of switching to mobile data. Please note that your phone cannot access the Internet when connected to the Bluetooth car kit, dashcam, or access control system.
