My computer charges very slowly when the battery level reaches 95%

This is normal. Your computer will go into Trickle charge mode when the battery level is 95–100%, which causes the charging current to be lower than when the battery level is less than 95%. Therefore, when your battery level is above 95%, your battery charges slower than when the battery level is below 95%.
