Cause
Currently running apps (such as music or download apps), Windows updates, and downloads will prevent the system from entering Sleep mode.
Solution
- To allow your computer to enter Sleep mode at the set time, pause all currently running apps and Windows updates.
- Enter cmd in the search box on the taskbar and select Run as administrator.
