Problem

After a user taps the phone against the Huawei Share icon on the computer to establish a connection, a loading screen is displayed on the phone or computer and the image to be sent is not displayed.

Cause

1. You have not yet agreed to the user agreement for PC Manager.

2. The PC Manager version is too low.

Solution

Solution 1: Open PC Manager and agree to PC Manager Notice, by performing the following steps:

1. Double-click the PC Manager shortcut icon on the desktop to open PC Manager, where you will see the following screen.

2. Click Agree, and try to transfer images between your phone and computer.

Solution 2: Update PC Manager to the latest version.

On the PC Manager home screen, click Check for updates to manually update the app to its latest version.

Solution 3: Clear the cache for Huawei Share.

Open your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Apps, touch the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, and go to Show system processes > Huawei Share > Storage > CLEAR CACHE.
