Set to not reopen apps or programs after powering on or restarting your computer

  1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon. Then click Accounts.

  2. Click Sign-in options, and disable Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update or restart.
