Problem
When the computer system enters Hibernate or Sleep mode, or wakes up, the screen first flashes and switches to the lock screen, and then enters Hibernate or Sleep mode, or wakes up.
Cause
This is a Microsoft system issue. When the computer is in Hibernate or Sleep mode, or wakes up, it first locks the screen, and enters Hibernate or Sleep mode, or wakes up.
Solution
The system will enter Hibernate or Sleep mode. You can continue to use your computer normally. We have communicated with Microsoft and will be monitoring the resolution of this issue.
