[HUAWEI] The HUAWEI TruSleep™ data syncing is slow on my band/watch

[HUAWEI] The HUAWEI TruSleep™ data syncing is slow on my band/watch |
Problem
It takes a long time for HUAWEI TruSleep™ data to sync from the user's watch/band.
Cause
- The size of HUAWEI TruSleep™ data is usually large. If your watch/band has not been connected to the Huawei Health app for several consecutive days, it will take a longer time to sync the data.
Solution
Make sure that your band/watch is properly connected to your phone. We recommend that you open the Huawei Health app every day to sync data.
To sync data:
- Go to the Health screen of the Huawei Health app, and swipe down on the screen to sync data (as shown in the figure
). Wait until the progress reaches 100%.
- Open the Huawei Health app, go to Me > Settings > Sync data manually, touch SYNC, and wait until the data syncing is complete.
- If you are using a third-party phone, we recommend that you add the Huawei Health app to the list of protected background apps on your phone to prevent it from being automatically cleared by your phone system. (The method of adding an app to the list of protected background apps may vary with the phone model. For details, contact the phone manufacturer.)
- Check whether other phone manager apps, such as 360, Tencent Mobile Manager, Clean Master, and LDS Benchmark, have been installed on your phone. If such an app has been installed, add Huawei Health to the list of protected background apps in the phone manager app.
If the issue persists, please call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
