[HUAWEI] The Class Time feature does not work after it is enabled/disabled for a kids watch

Set the Class Time feature correctly. For details, see Setting the Class Time feature.

After enabling a default time period for Class Time, return to the previous screen so that your settings will be applied. If you set a time period and enable it, you'll need to select to apply your settings.

If the issue persists, perform the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the HUAWEI FamCare app version

Update the HUAWEI FamCare app to the latest version and try again.

2. Check the network connection of your watch

  • Go to the Protection screen of the HUAWEI FamCare app. If the watch can be located, the network connection is normal.
  • Swipe down on the home screen of your watch to check the network signal. If the status bar shows that there is no service (as indicated by ) or the signal is poor (as indicated by ), the network coverage may be poor. Move to an open area outdoors or connect your watch to a Wi-Fi network, then try again.

3. Restart your watch

Press and hold the side button to restart the kids watch, and then set a time period for Class Time.

If the issue persists

  • If the issue persists, call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
