Blocking strangers on a HUAWEI kids watch

Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices then Chats & calls, and toggle on Block strangers.

After this feature is enabled, only contacts saved in Contacts on the kids watch can call the watch.

 

• If the caller ID service is not activated for the kids watch SIM card, enabling Block strangers will result in all incoming calls being regarded as unknown calls, and calls from admins will not be able to be answered. Please contact the carrier to activate caller ID service.
• Admins: Open HUAWEI FamCare, go to the Communication screen, and tap Notifications to view the numbers of rejected calls.
