Using the HUAWEI FamCare app to clear cloud data

After clearing cloud data, the deleted information cannot be recovered. You'll need to manually add contacts and restore the preceding settings. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.

To clear cloud data:

Main admin: Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and go to General watch settings > Clear cloud data > CLEAR.

Data that will be deleted after cloud data is cleared:

• All the information set on the kids watch will be deleted, including contacts (with the exception of admins), workout data, Class Time, Schedule on/off, safe zones, Wi-Fi, alarms, exercise goals, and rewards record. Some features will be restored to their default settings, including Bluetooth, blocking strangers, Schedule on/off, and updates (such as automatic updates and mobile data updates).
• After clearing cloud data, Notifications in HUAWEI FamCare remain unaffected. The main admin and common admins stay the same, and their nicknames, phone numbers, and rights remain unchanged.
