Remotely powering the kids watch off by using the HUAWEI FamCare app

Admins can use HUAWEI FamCare to remotely power off the kids watch.

1. Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, then go to Device power on/off > Remote power off.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions to tap Power off. HUAWEI FamCare will then confirm that the remote power-off has been initiated successfully, and the watch will be powered off.

 

• The watch is always powered on when it is being charged, so the Remote power off feature is affected during charging.
• The kids watch can't be remotely powered on. When the kids watch is powered off, it will be disconnected from the network and will be unable to receive external instructions due to the device security mechanism. You are advised to set Schedule on/off on the kids watch when it is powered on.
