An error message is displayed during the BIOS update

Problem

When the user obtains the BIOS installation package from the official Honor website and updates BIOS on their HONOR MagicBook 2019 (AMD), an error message is displayed reading Error: Firmware update failed.

Cause

This is an issue with AMD.

Solution

If the error message is displayed, press any key to jump to another screen. This will not affect the normal installation process.
