Problem:
Powering off the speaker ends an ongoing call.
Cause:
The Function button may not have been pressed and held for long enough. When pressing and holding the button for 2–3 seconds during a call, the call ends before the speaker is powered off. During this process, no power-off tone is played.
Solution:
To prevent an ongoing call from being ended, switch the call audio to your phone or press the Function button on the speaker three times consecutively to disconnect the speaker from your phone.
