[HUAWEI] Bluetooth voice call on your watch

To use this feature, make sure that your wearable device is linked with the Huawei Health app.

Adding contacts

  1. Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device details screen, and touch Favorite contacts.
  2. On the Favorite contacts screen, touch Add. The system will automatically open the contacts list on your phone. From there, select contacts and add them to the list. Once added, you can Sort or Remove contacts on the Favorite contacts screen.

Answering and making calls

To make a call: Go to the app list on your wearable device, touch Contacts or Call log, and select the contact that you would like to call.

When you make a call to your watch contacts, the SIM card for the call on a dual SIM phone will be determined by the phone's protocols. You can't select which SIM card is used on your watch. For details, please contact your phone manufacturer's customer service.

To answer a call: When there is an incoming call on your phone, you will receive an incoming call notification on your wearable device. Touch your wearable device to answer the call. Once the call is answered, the audio will play from the wearable device speaker.

Rejecting calls with quick message replies

Here we'll use a HUAWEI phone as an example: When your wearable device reminds you of an incoming call, you can touch the Message icon to reply immediately with an SMS message and reject the call.

  • The preset quick replies on your watch can't be customized.
  • The content of the quick replies used for rejecting incoming calls is not related to the Quick replies feature in the Huawei Health app.
  • This feature is not supported on iPhones. For details about how to use this feature on phones of other brands, please contact your phone manufacturer.
