Answering/Rejecting incoming phone calls on your HUAWEI watch

When receiving an incoming call, your watch will notify you and display the caller's number or name, allowing you to answer or reject the call. (Actual feature may vary by watch model.)

 
  • The feature of answering incoming phone calls is only available on certain wearable models.
  • To use this feature, make sure your wearable device is linked with the Huawei Health app.
  • Your watch will vibrate and ring (if equipped with a speaker) or simply vibrate (otherwise) to notify you of an incoming call. For more details about rings and vibration, refer to Sounds & vibration on your HUAWEI watch/band.

Answering/Rejecting an incoming call

  • When receiving an incoming call, you can press the Up button or side button to stop the device from vibrating.
  • To reject a call, you can touch the end icon on the screen, or press and hold the Up button or side button.
  • To answer a call, touch the answer button on the screen.

Rejecting a call with quick message replies

When using a HUAWEI phone, for example: When receiving an incoming call notification on your watch, you can touch the message icon to reply immediately with an SMS message and reject the call.

 
  • The feature is only available on certain wearable models.
  • The quick message replies on your watch cannot be customized.
  • The content of the quick message replies used for rejecting incoming calls is not related to the Quick replies feature in the Huawei Health app.
  • This feature is unavailable when your watch is paired with an iPhone. For details about how to use this feature when paired with phones of other brands, contact your phone manufacturer.
