Share devices linked to your HUAWEI ID with friends and family, so that they can control these devices without having to link them to their own HUAWEI IDs.

This feature is not available for highly-sensitive devices that are essential for security, such as locks, network bridges, and BroadLink smart plugs.

1. From the HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home) app of the person you would like to share it with, touch Me > My QR code.
2. Open HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home), go to Home > + > Share device, touch the device to be shared, and touch √, then select Share via QR code.
3. Scan the QR code generated on the HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home) app of the person you would like to share it with, and touch OK.
4. They will then be able to view the shared device marked with a sharing icon on the Home screen.

1. Open HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home), go to Home > + > Share device, touch the device to be shared, and touch √, then select Share via HUAWEI ID.
2. Enter the HUAWEI ID of the person you would like to share it with, and touch OK > SHARE.
3. They will then be able to view the shared device marked with a sharing icon on the Home screen.

2. Enter the WeChat conversation screen, select the WeChat account of the person you would like to share it with, and then touch SEND.
3. From their WeChat app, touch the received WeChat message, follow the onscreen instructions to redirect to the HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home) app, and then touch OK.
4. They will then be able to view the shared device marked with a sharing icon on the Home screen.

• To share device in this way, first update the HUAWEI AI Life (HUAWEI Smart Home) app to the latest available version.
• The person who has had the device shared with them, will not be able to share, delete, or edit the device.
