Viewing the battery level of my HUAWEI earphones

Perform the following to check the battery level on the earphones.

  1. Make sure that the earphones' firmware, system version of the connected device, and relevant app are all updated to their latest versions.
  2. Connect the earphones to your device.
  3. Check the battery level in either of the following ways.

Method 1: Checking the battery level in the pop-up window

For HUAWEI FreeBuds Lipstick 2/FreeClip/FreeBuds Pro 3, when the two earphones almost have the same battery level, you will find only one battery level in the pop-up window. If you want to know the battery level of both earphones, remove one of them from the charging case and leave the other one in the charging case, then check their battery levels in the AI Life app.

Connect your earphones to a HUAWEI phone/tablet running EMUI 10.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later. When the earphones are powered on, the charging case is opened, or the earphones are separated, the battery percentage of the earphones and charging case will display in a pairing prompt.

When you open and close the case multiple times in succession, there is a small chance that the battery level of each earphone does not display in the pop-up window. In this case, open and close the case more slowly.
