The AI Life app fails to find my HUAWEI earphones
The AI Life app fails to find my HUAWEI earphones |
Pair the earphones with a Bluetooth device such as a phone, tablet, PC, or in-car device. If the AI Life app fails to detect the earphones, or if you are unable to manually add the earphones, perform the following steps:
- Update the AI Life app and earphones' firmware or software to their latest versions.
Currently, only FreeBuds SE 3/FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeLace Pro 2/FreeClip/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds SE 2/FreeBuds 5/FreeBuds Pro 2/FreeBuds 6i/FreeBuds 5i/FreeBuds Lipstick/FreeBuds 4E/FreeBuds Pro/FreeBuds Studio/FreeBuds 4i/FreeBuds 4/FreeLace Lite can be connected to the AI Life app on iOS devices.
- Press and hold the Function button for at least 10 seconds until the indicator flashes to enter Pairing mode, and touch the earphones' name on your phone's Bluetooth screen to connect to the earphones.
- If you are using an Android phone, an earphones' card will be added by default to the AI Life app.
- If you are using an iPhone, you'll need to scan for the earphones again or add them manually. To add them manually, go to the home screen of the AI Life app, touch + in the upper right corner, then touch , and select the target earphone model.
Earphones are connected via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in the AI Life app on iOS devices, so there may be two identical names for the earphones. This is normal. Please keep the earphones connected in both the system Bluetooth settings, and the AI Life app.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
