I can't receive the verification code due to my phone number or email change？

If you are logged in with your Huawei ID, go to Settings > HUAWEI ID > Account and security > Phone > Change to bind your new phone number or email address with your HUAWEI ID.

Note: The request success rate will be higher if you submit the request from your frequently used device or browser.
