Query the software version

Method 1: Use the web-based management page

  1. Connect your phone to the Mobile WiFi.
  2. Enter 192.168.8.1 in the address bar of the phone's browser, and enter the login password of the web-based management page to log in.
  3. Go to Advanced > System > Device Information to view the device information.

Method 2: Use the HUAWEI AI Life app

  1. Connect your phone to the HUAWEI Mobile WiFi.
  2. Open the HUAWEI AI Life app on your phone, and log in with the HUAWEI ID that is linked with your Mobile WiFi.
  3. On the home screen of the app, touch the corresponding Mobile WiFi to access the management screen.

  4. Touch in the upper right corner, access the Settings screen, and touch Device information to view the version information.
