My HUAWEI earbuds are not level when placed in the charging case

The earbuds are attached into the slots in the charging case using magnets. If the earbuds cannot be attached in place, check whether there are foreign objects in the charging case. You can also try removing the earbuds from the charging case and placing them back inside to see if this resolves the issue. The earbuds not being completely level in the charging case will not affect charging.
