| The other party's device cannot be found in the MeeTime contacts list on the HUAWEI Vision |
If the other party's device (the called party) is not in the MeeTime contacts list, perform the following steps:
1. Ensure that MeeTime is enabled on the other party's device
Phone:
- If you are using a Huawei phone, enable MeeTime in the MeeTime app or in the lower right corner of the Phone app.
- For other phones, download and install the HUAWEI Vision app or the AI Life app, touch MeeTime, and follow the onscreen instructions to enable MeeTime.
HUAWEI Vision:
On the HUAWEI Vision home screen, click MeeTime and follow the instructions to enable it.
2. Ensure that you have been added as a contact on the other party's device
3. Ensure that the other party's device has disabled Do Not Disturb
On the other party's HUAWEI Vision, go to MeeTime > Me > Do Not Disturb and enable Allow all calls.
