Check the status of my Change account request and provide additional Change account information

If you have submitted an Change account request to change your account, security phone number, or security email address, you can use the request code to check the status of your Change account request or provide additional Change account information to improve your chances.

If you didn't log in to your account on your device, perform the following:

  1. Open the account login screen and touch Report issues.

  2. On the Report issues screen, touch Change account.

  3. Touch Check status and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you haven't logged out your account on your device, perform the following:

  1. Go to Account center > Account and security.

  2. Touch Security center.

  3. Touch Change account.

  4. Touch Check status and follow the onscreen instructions.
